Seeing rolling hills after rolling hills was extraordinary especially given its location in the middle of the South Australia outback. Flying from the large salt lake, Lake Eyre, we were treated to another striking sight of Painted Hills. Being an early morning flight and travelling at an altitude of 500feet, it really did live up to its name. The rolling hills really did look like a painting making for a stunning composition. The beauty of this image printed on a large metal print is that it brings out the texture within the scene making it feel like you’re there to witness the magnificent landscape.
