Flying out of Williams Creek and over Lake Eyre, we turned Westward and headed to Painted Hill. Arriving and flying over, it was spectacular to see a natural beauty in the middle of the Australia desert. There were many rolling hills with each trough between the peaks acting as a channel for waterways during the raining season. The dry texture with the splendid orange colour exhibited through made for a lovely composition.
