Taken at the Botanical Gardens in Maleny, this beautiful Macaw was approaching a branch for a quick stop before making his way to the shoulders of people below.
These cheeky Macaws love to nibble on anything small and their favourite snacks are buttons.
Do not underestimate their powerful beaks as they can easily pick buttons out of your shirts in a blink of an eye. Despite losing two buttons from my shirt, I was happy with the experience I had with these beautiful birds of flight.
