A truly magical place, hiking up to Lake Marian will always be remembered for its mystical views. Walking through the Misty Enchanted Forest, we reached the top of the lookout and it was surreal to see a calm and mirrored lake with the snow capped mountains right behind. It was also special to see the clouds roll in over the hill onto the lake and at times covering the whole scene for periods of time. It was as if we were sitting in the clouds. Despite being summer, it was cold with the light rain from the mountains cooling us off. I spent a period of time absorbing the scene, appreciating nature. I wish to translate the feeling of hopeful and peace through this image in your living space.
