Another hidden gem often overshadowed by it’s sibling, Milford Sounds, Doubtful Sounds is truly beautiful and unique in its own way. With a beautiful cruise towards the tasman sea, we were treated to many gorgeous views of the peaks standing tall out of the water with a luscious green foliage covering it. The landscapes today are truly different from millenniums ago when there were glaciers carving out what we now call fiords. I have a lot of appreciation for Doubtful Sound knowing that these beautiful gems took millions of years to form. Being there was truly peaceful. I wish to translate that sense of peace through this image in your living space.
