Whilst waiting for the conditions to be perfect to capture the Milky Way setting over the mountains which can be viewed here, I decided to be bold.
Given the surprising calm location by the water’s edge, I decided to push my camera’s limits and do a single 26 minute exposure. Yes, a single 26 minute exposure.
The results were amazing! As you can see in the image above, you can lovely star trails with only 26 minutes.
